• • Coordinate with factories to track production and place booking confirmations for sea and air shipments. • • Negotiate with shipping lines on schedules, booking confirmation, and vessel delay notices. • • Review draft Letters of Credit (HSBC, DBS), prepare shipping documents, and resolve discrepancy notes. • • Submit shipping instructions, Verified Gross Mass (VGM), container checklist, and FCR to carriers. • • Deliver full sets of original documents (Invoice, Packing List, B/L, C/O, Fumigation & Inspection Certificates) to buyers. • • Ensure timely and accurate export procedures, minimizing errors and delays.
