- Bachelor of Civil Engineering and Architecture with at least 01 year of working experience at MT Hojgaard Danmark Company in Northern Europe as a Structural Engineer.
- Establishing the foundation of the Structural department, taking charge of guiding and developing the Structural design field so that MT Hojgaard Vietnam Company can work and cooperate with international customers in Europe and Northern Europe.
- Training employees working at MT Hojgaard Vietnam Company on designing and building Structural technical information models as well as using technical application software such as Robot Structure according to European standards and regulations.
- Proposing directions and applying Structural designs to technical drawings.
- Transferring new technologies and applications in construction design according to European and Danish standards including: Building Information Modeling.
- Mainly responsible for contacting and working directly with Nordic customers (Denmark, Norway, Germany, etc.) (fluent in Danish and English as mother tongue).
- Expanding business in the field of structural design consulting for customers in Vietnam, Europe and Nordic countries.
- Requesting support when necessary, ensuring that the workload is highly efficient.
