• Support foreign lawyers and Vietnamese lawyers to advise on foreign and international law: Research legal regulations and provide legal advice, provide legal information, guidance and support legal issues for customers, reporting legal risks to management levels in the customer's business during business operations in Korea/Vietnam and other countries;
• Drafting/appraising/checking/reviewing Contracts arising in daily operations of corporate clients in Korea/Vietnam and other countries;
• Communicate, support, and coordinate closely with foreign lawyers/Vietnamese lawyers on licensing issues of corporate clients;
• Communicate, support, and coordinate closely with foreign lawyers/Vietnamese lawyers in resolving civil, criminal and administrative disputes between corporate clients and related parties;
• Responsible for directly discussing, working, negotiating with corporate customers; and
• Organize storage, preservation and control of use of legal records, documents and data under the management authority of lawyers and the Company

Yêu cầu công việc

• Qualification requirements: Graduating from university majoring in Law, being fluent in English/Korean, and having a lawyer practice license is an advantage.
• Experience requirements: 3 years
