Mô tả công việc
+ Thực hiện kiểm tra chất lượng nguyên vật liệu đầu vào, bán thành phẩm và thành phẩm trong quá trình sản xuất dây, sợi.
+ Giám sát quy trình sản xuất nhằm đảm bảo sản phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn chất lượng theo quy định.
+ Phát hiện lỗi, phân tích nguyên nhân và phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để xử lý.
+ Lập báo cáo kiểm tra chất lượng định kỳ theo yêu cầu.
+ Tham gia cải tiến quy trình nhằm nâng cao chất lượng sản phẩm.
+ Thực hiện các công việc khác theo phân công của cấp trên.
- Job Description:
• Conduct quality inspection of incoming raw materials, semi-finished and finished products in the production process of ropes and fibers.
• Monitor the production process to ensure products meet required quality standards.
• Identify defects, analyze root causes, and coordinate with relevant departments for corrective actions.
• Prepare periodic quality inspection reports as required.
• Participate in process improvement to enhance product quality.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Yêu cầu công việc
+ Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành: Công nghệ Dệt – Sợi, Kỹ thuật vật liệu, Hóa học
+ Có tối thiểu 04 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực sản xuất hoặc quản lý chất lượng.
+ Có kiến thức về kiểm soát chất lượng trong ngành dây sợi
+ Kỹ năng phân tích, xử lý vấn đề tốt. Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, cẩn thận và chịu được áp lực công việc.
+ Thông thạo tiếng Anh.
- Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following majors: Textile Technology, Materials Engineering, Chemistry.
• Minimum 04 years of experience in production or quality control (QC/QA).
• Knowledge of quality control in the rope and fiber manufacturing industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Good command of English
