- Develop, implement, and supervise quality management processes throughout the synthetic fiber production line.
- Establish and control quality indicators (mechanical properties, durability, fineness, uniformity, etc.) according to company and customer standards.
- Organize sampling, testing, analysis, and evaluation of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods.
- Propose and implement improvement measures in production processes to enhance quality, reduce defect rates, and optimize costs.
- Coordinate with technical and production departments to resolve issues related to product quality.
- Train and guide staff on quality management processes and technical standards.
- Participate in internal audits and work with external auditors/customers regarding quality assurance.
- Research, update, and apply international quality standards in the textile and fiber industry.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Textile Technology, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in quality management, production of synthetic fiber products, or industrial textile materials.
- Skills:
+ Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards for synthetic fibers.
+ Proficient in testing methods and product quality assessment.
+ Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to propose process improvements.
+ Strong communication, training, and teamwork skills.
- Foreign Language: Fluent in English (preferably with the ability to use professional terminology and communicate with international partners).
